Andi Vanzant thought she had the perfect life until she heard four little words that rocked her to her core and took away the one man she loved. Suddenly Andi finds herself dealing with an unbearable grief she does not know if she can handle.
David is an old flame of Andi’s who has changed in more ways than just his name. Seeing her again has brought his old feelings rushing forward and he suddenly finds himself wanting to relive the passionate moments he had with Andi.
It has been over a year since Andi lost her husband and she decides to head to Italy to get away from the memories for a while. When she sees David, an old flame, Andi is amazed at how easy it is for her to feel passion again. Once she returns home she finds her mind refuses to give in to the pleasure she craves so easily. Now she will have to figure out how to overcome the sorrow and grief from losing her husband, or she may lose her second chance at love.
Ordinary World is a novel that keeps you riveted from the first paragraph. I could not even imagine losing my husband, especially on the day that Andi did. The characters within this tale are very strong and help keep the plot flowing beautifully. The storyline itself is one I found appealing and at the same time I wanted to jump up and hold onto my own husband for dear life. Ms. Lorello gives us a complex tale full of grief, love, anger, passio, and fear that offers us some insight into a grieving widow’s world.
