With the sale of her grandmother’s home, she must return. Jilly comes face to face with her first love and the father of her child, Mark. A man who is determined to have everything he has been denied, including Jilly and his son.

Although the mechanics of the story were in place, the story lacked a certain spark. Jilly’s apprehension which drove most of the book, failed to materialize and left the story being little more than a misunderstanding that was easily tidied up by the last page. Even for an inspirational romance, it left this reader with the feeling of being preached too.
