Shem Cowell is grieving over the recent loss of his parents and his family home. Being the runt of his litter also means he is blind in his human form. He knows he has to move on, and when he finally decides to leave his room, he meets one of his mates.
Curtis Booth is happy he has met his mate, even though he knows he has to share him with someone else. Cheetahs always have two mates. Curtis is a huge, powerful vampire, but he still feels slightly hurt when Shem meets his other mate.
Lieutenant Dieter Sheron is human and has no idea that shifters and vampires exist. He instantly feels a strong attraction to Shem and Curtis, but does not know why. He agrees to a date with Shem and is shocked by the story he and Curtis tell him. Once Shem and Curtis get over their initial misunderstanding, they mate and start getting to know each other. Growing up knowing about shifters and vampires means they have an understanding of what the other needs. When they meet their human mate, and have to convince him of other species, they understand how hard it is for him to believe. Still, they have to try, because the consequences are unacceptable.
When I started reading My Angel Cheetah, I was initially thrown by the first person point of view. I quickly got over it as I continued reading. The story is very well written and believable. The characters all behaved exactly as I thought they would, and I was very happy with the ending. The sex scenes can only be described as HOT! Whether it was two hunks or three, I was never disappointed. I have added the rest of the series to my reading list, and am hoping for another release!
