Ida Mae and Jane have been friends forever, well, at least since they were young girls. Ida Mae is shy and more reserved whereas Jane is the more outgoing of the two, but they make a friendship balance out.
Jane has come home bearing some bad news and she has it already planned how she wants it to play out. Ida Mae is not sure she can, but is determined to help her best friend out.
With Ida Mae’s daughter and granddaughter they make a grand time of tea time with their favorite “Aunt Jane”. It is a time to enjoy and make memories, not be sad.
Backward glances through Ida Mae’s diary and trips to the present make for a pleasant tromp through Ida Mae and Jane’s friendship. And as an added bonus the reader gets a look a “tea-time” as well as a few scrumptious recipes. The book is based on the Hallmark Movie, Bound By A Secret.
