Deborah Zimmerman’s life is in turmoil right now. She is struggling to make it through; she has a deadbeat husband, challenging teenagers, money problems, and she feels she is at the end of her rope.
Brandon Nash is new in town and literally runs into Deborah. She captures his attention and she seems to always be in a jam. He soon finds himself wanting to be with her and her kids all the time.
With their first meeting bumping into each other and a cake disaster that would embarrass anyone, Deborah and Brandon connect, and he is there to help when things keep looking bleaker for Deborah.
This is a nice romance that many single parents face and many have struggles with their faith as well. Deborah is a strong woman, though she does not realize how strong, and Brandon seems to be the perfect match for her. Games of the Heart has some tough times as well as a few chuckles for the reader. It is a book that anyone will enjoy.
