The World of Nightwalkers, Book 2

Leo Alvarez would give anything to go back to the days where he knew nothing about Bodywalkers and Nightwalkers nonsense. Worse, his best friends Jackson and Docia have been hijacked by the souls of dead Egyptians. Leo would rather navigate the pitfalls of his life as a mercenary than give up the two people who mean more than life.
Faith is a Night Angel, tasked with helping humanity against evil. When she allowed herself to be drawn into the battles of the Bodywalkers she had no idea she would wind up with Leo Alvarez for a partner. He might be pretty badass for a human, but then again so is his attitude.
Leo knows he has no choice but to trust Faith. Someone has turned Atep loose on the world and the Egyptian God of Chaos has a grudge against the Bodywalkers. It is up to Leo and Faith to save Jackson/Menes and help the Nightwalkers join forces against Atep before it is too late. Somewhere along the way, Leo begins to think that having Faith is the only thing that will save his soul.
It might be prudent for readers to pick up the first two books in this series to catch up on the characters and the fast paced plotline. It would be difficult not to like Leo with his hard-edged wit and classic alpha male mentality. His immersion in this paranormal world and subsequent softening toward Faith shows a startling insight romance lovers will enjoy.
