Abby Crompton is the owner of Fabulous Flowers, a shop where she turns ordinary flower arrangements into beautiful bouquets. Ranked twelfth out of a hundred hottest shops, being named London Boutique Retailer of the Year, and having Toby, a gorgeous attorney as a new fiancé, has made Abby's life even more blessed.
Dan Chipault is filming a low budget romantic comedy and has been trying to locate the perfect flower shop. Finally they find Fabulous Flowers, and now they just need the shop owner to agree to the filming process.
When Abby realizes who the director is, she is totally embarrassed. The night before when she was meeting Toby's mother for the first time, she got stuck in an elevator with Dan and spilled some very private secrets about her sex life with Toby. As her relationship with Toby begins to spiral out of control, Abby finds herself drawn to the sexy director. When a secret comes out about her fiancé that she was sort of expecting, Abby runs to Dan only to find out that he too has been keeping secrets from her and she finds herself broken-hearted once again.
Forget Me Knot is a story that will have you laughing out loud one minute, and groaning in sympathy for Abby the next. Ms. Margolis literally had me from the very first line and kept me quite entertained throughout this spectacular novel. Abby and Dan were so comical; I kept cracking up and laughing so hard even my dogs started to look at me funny. All of the lesser characters within the story were just as hilarious and some of the antics were so priceless, I am still giggling over them. While there is enough comedy in this book to keep you amused, the overall message in the tale is very heartfelt and I am happy to say I will remember this story for years to come!
Caution: This tale contains scenes of sexual foreplay, sexual intercourse, and is a red-hot romantic comedy!
