As the daughter of the much loved and missed Ben Bedford, everyone expects Lia to want to stay in her father’s house after she passes the test for her pilot's license. If truth be told, she is only learning to fly so she can claim her inheritance.
Seth thought he was going to help build a spiritual centre, away from the wife and friends who had betrayed him. But Seth finds he can learn as much from the student pilot as he can teach her.
As the time progresses Seth and Lia grow closer and both start to realize that all is not right with the development of the supposed spiritual centre. When it is suggested a film be made to advertise the airpark everyone is excited, but Seth does not like the way the camera man seems to be making more ‘blooper’ films then serious ones.
Seth is a very spiritual man but one with a quiet strength he does not often tap. But when his new friends are at risk of losing everything, he finds something in himself he did not know was there. Meanwhile, Lia is finding that she can love and be loved by all around her because of who she is, not who her father was. This is a lovely story about growth and understanding. Ms Polo shows us what life on an airpark is really like.
