Claire Winters wants one thing–Absinthe, the lead violinist playing at the Red C. So she wants this one night to be the most unforgettable ever in her life.
Absinthe is known for an evening romp after his music show, then say goodbye. One glimpse at Claire and he is smitten.
Claire is not too happy to be in Shamanic Council’s Genetic Protection Program in a couple of days. It is important she have one last fling. It is forbidden for Shaman to get involved with a vampire, but with just a simple touch of magic, Absinthe can have any woman. Still, it does not take much magic for him to have Claire. She is far more enchanting than anyone he has ever seen, so one quick moment of ecstasy with Claire leads to an unforgettable, lucky night. Unfortunately, finding a way to overlook the rituals of being a Shaman, mating with a vampire might not be that easy.
Enchanting Absinthe is more than an enchanting story. It is charming beyond words. The pairing of Claire and Absinthe is beautiful, filled with romance and gripping with sexiness. The simple eye contact between the two has a way of expressing great interaction between them. The whole atmosphere of the story pulls the reader into the ambience that surrounds Claire and Absinthe. I think it is cute the way he names his violin. Ms. Husk crafts a read that allows this reader to enjoy a wonderful tale with stunning characters. Their personalities grab the audience and, indeed, bring smiles along the way.
