Emma is an executive assistant for M-D. She is loyal to the company. She is very conservative and tends to save as much of her salary as possible. A mother with a gambling addiction means she always needs a nest egg.

Damien has risen from impoverished foster child to billionaire. Tragedy has repeatedly struck his family since the family home was taken from his grandfather.

Damien Medici is going to make the most of his opportunity to get revenge on the DeLuca family for the wrong done to his grandfather. He sees Emma, his temporary PA as a vital part of the plan. His plans to seduce her into giving him information hit a snag when he actually gets to know Emma. Emma has no choice but to fall in love with the charismatic tycoon, but her standards will not let her sell out her employers.

This is a well written and fast moving love story. Emma has had some hard knocks in her life, but is very strong, much like Damien. I liked her strong morals and integrity. Damien is pretty irresistible, and not as ruthless as he would like people to think he is. His job streamlining companies to make them more efficient adds to this reputation. I really enjoyed the sensual love story and the varied settings of Las Vegas and South Beach. You will not be able to put this one down until the last page.
