Dyanna Archer is not ready to give up her husband just yet. He has been acting really strange and disappears for days at a time.
Anthony knows that Dyanna has questions, but he is not sure how to answer them. Finally, he knows the only way he can get back the happy marriage they had is to show her what he has become.
When Dyanna confronts her husband at the mysterious club known as Club Silver Moon, she finds herself in a boatload of trouble. Her beloved husband is a vampire and he is determined to turn her into one. But Anthony's sire has other plans and he wants Dyanna killed outright. Will Dyanna and Anthony be able to figure out how to maintain their happiness when death itself is standing in the way?
Betrayal is a good book. I liked how I got to watch Dyanna fight and win against the compulsion that was thrust at her. I do think there needed to be more of a storyline after the fateful event that changes Dyanna and Anthony's life forever. The sex scene was extremely steamy but bittersweet as I watched Dyanna's life spiral out of control. While the way the story ends left me with more questions than answers, Ms. Monroe has written a book that I enjoyed reading.
