With art galleries around the world Colt Daniels has seen thousands of portraits, but nothing has affected him like the one he just purchased. Since inheriting his London home, Colt has become obsessed with its history, and especially its original owner.
Men of his predilection must be extremely careful, and Lord Alexander Swift takes his safety very seriously. It is frustrating and painful to hide his feelings, but keeping his head is worth the trouble.
Colt is so enamored by the painting of Lord Swift that when he learns he may have a way of meeting the real man, he jumps at the chance. Alexander is everything Colt has dreamed of and more, and in no time his heart is lost. The shock of meeting Colt dissolves into the most beautiful and passionate encounter Alexander has ever known, and he will give anything to keep it. Both men fear not being able to return to Colt’s time, but that may not be the biggest problem they face.
Colt and Alexander will most definitely elevate your heart rate. They are sexy, passionate, tender, and loving. The plot’s simplicity may be the only aspect I found that hampers this read. This author has a great knack for giving the characters personality and charisma, and I would like to see that portrayed in the rest of the story as well.
