Allan broke up with his boyfriend Jack because he believes the world is coming to an end. Since life is almost over, he chooses to stop going to work too. Allan meets the man of his dreams one day, but dismisses him when he notices that the handsome hunk is packing a gun.

Ricky wants to feel alive, so he grabs his gun and decides to rob the local grocery store. He runs into Allan at the store and his crazy decision to do something wrong is changed forever. Ricky, however, comes to Allan’s rescue when Allan is almost assaulted in an alley.

Allan knows the world is ending because of the constant rain of salt that is killing off everything. Not wanting to spend his last days on earth with his cheating boyfriend, or a job he does not care about, Allan dumps both of them. Then he meets a gorgeous guy named Ricky who comes to his rescue when he is almost assaulted. Allan then decides to make the most of the time they have left and Ricky and Allan return to Allan’s apartment. However, endings will sometimes take a different twist and destiny can always change; a fact that Allan and Ricky soon discover.

What a wonderful creative mind this author has. This story is captivating and intriguing. It will make you think about what you would do if it were your last days on earth. In addition, there is some delicious man loving to add heat to the story. Kudos to J. M. Snyder for writing such an inventive and imaginative story.
