Cat Catledge’s life is going well; he is quite happy with it. He is a self-made multi-millionaire at the young age of fifty. He is now taking his wife and daughter on a two-year trip to the South Pacific aboard his forty-three foot custom yacht

Katherine is Cat’s wife and Pixie is his eighteen year old daughter. While docking in Columbia for some minor repairs and showering, they become the victims of ruthless pirates. Both are believed to be dead.

Cat is devastated by what happens and receives a phone call which leads him to believe that his daughter is still alive. He then sets of on a quest to find his daughter and avenge Katherine’s death. This quest leads him to a very dark part of Columbia, not knowing what he will encounter along the way.

What an intense read. It has a few twists and turns that will delight the reader. Mr. Woods has made the reader feel like they too are along for the ride. Well defined and likeable characters and plenty of action and suspense are between the covers of White Cargo. Add this one to your reading list.
