Trinity Monahan lives on top of the Celestial Ridge Mountain with his people the Celestes. His father was Emperor of the Celestes but after the war broke out even Trinity’s people soon started dying. The fact that their fathers, once great friends, turned on each other, causes Trinity and Tristan to parted ways too. However, only with Tristan’s help will Trinity be able to save their world from the Epemo invaders.

War, destruction and death have visited Tristan and Trinity for the past few years. The one-time lovers are now bitter enemies. What is left of their world will soon be gone unless these two can mend their ways and fight as one. Tristan, a man of intellectual pursuits, was once unfamiliar with the ways of the military and leadership; however, to survive in his new environment he had to learn fast. Now he has a burning desire to see his true love once more before all is lost forever.

This is a heart wrenching love story. Though Tristan and Trinity became enemies, deep in their hearts their love lived on. This tale has many aspects of unrequited love, the evilness of one man and how love can turn bitter, destroying those around it. Ms. Manly will suck you in with her wonderful creative writing. However, I do want to say this story does have a happy conclusion.
