Along with her Wiccan heritage, she has an untapped power she must now use with the help of Josh, who is a warrior in his own right. As these two travel towards danger, their feelings for each other continue to grow stronger. But Josh is still heartbroken over his dead wife he had to leave behind. Will he allow this smart talking witch into his heart?

T.L. Schaefer has written a truly inventive world for any fan of magic and the mystical. I found Amanda to be a little annoying at times with her “in your face” attitude, but when she allows her feelings for Josh show, she softens in a nice way. Josh and Amanda equal each other out and you hope they will have a future together. For a nice fun read, Saints of Midland is recommended.
