Pam DePalma has just lost her husband in a car accident. On top of that she finds out his business was not making the amount of money she thought it was and to her surprise, she learns that her husband had taken most of their savings and put it into the business to keep it afloat. Then the unthinkable happens, four months after his death, she finds the statements for a bank account she never knew about and the statements for a credit card on which he charged two thousand dollars a week. What more would she find out about the man she was married to for twelve years?

Gary Jannson is a security expert who mainly handles security for big corporations. But, he also does some work for the private sector and so he agrees to help Pam find out who her husband was seeing every Thursday evening for over a year. When she tells him the name of the company, he knows exactly what type of business it is. He introduces her to Marcy, the co-owner of Club Fantasy. Soon afterward they begin dating and he does his best to help her cope with her life.

Pam does not have a job and has no work experience other than the party planning she did for her late husband. When one of the ladies from the country club calls and begs to use Pam's house for her daughter's wedding, Pam cannot say no, especially to the money. When Marcy contacts her about hosting parties for her clients, Pam is not sure she wants to do that, but she eventually gives in and finds she enjoys the lifestyle. But when Gary finds out, will it be the end of them?

This story was very interesting. I learned a lot about the highly paid escort service and enjoyed every minute of it. Ms. Lloyd has a cast of characters that are unique in every aspect and are refreshing to read. I could not put the book down and thoroughly enjoyed every page I read. This is an exciting read from front to back.
