Shawn Bennet has been given an assignment he really does not want. He has to bring five agents together in order to find an agent who has turned. The agent they are trying to find is simply known as The Archer. Shawn does not realize that he is now working with a group that contains two of The Archer's recruits. When the team starts to fall apart, who will be on his side?

The Archer realizes too late that his group of agents is falling apart. He does not know who they all are and cannot guess how badly things will go in the long run. But he tries his best to keep control and do what he can to save the other five men.

Shawn and his lover of five years, Remy, have secrets they are each hiding, as do the rest of the team. But even when they are faced with certain death, all six stick together in a fierce show of loyalty to one another. The Archer is amazed how quickly they bond together and knows in the end, if it comes down to it, he will not be the one to kill them. Now he must do what he can to save them from his boss and make sure that he and Shawn survive as well.

I will admit that I was not happy with the beginning of this book. I found it a very slow read indeed. The characters mesh well together, but the scenes are a bit drawn out. There was very little action in the first half to keep me well interested. But the second half seemed to open up with more excitement and conflicts between the men. I can honestly only recommend this read if you have a week to devote to it.
