SALVATION, SI’ LUDO SISTERS BOOK 2
C. R. MOSS
Romance, Sci-Fi, Paranormal, Erotic
Rating: 3 Cups
Joy is a young Kentucky girl trying to go to college and deal with her sister’s disappearance; all while having the most disturbing and vivid dreams. Her dreams are full of strange people on a strange planet, and a man with a hawk mask who wants to claim her body and soul.
Rand and his brother Rhys are trying to stop Cor from abducting the Collins sisters. They are in this time and place to be the sister’s protectors, and with luck reclaim their hearts as well.
The dreams are getting more intense with each passing night, and Joy is utterly exhausted. She is also having daydreams of a life so unlike the one she is living; she is starting to question her sanity. With her sister Hope missing everyone is on edge, but Rand is like a balm for her soul. He and Rhys have stepped in to protect her and Faith from the same fate as Hope, and every day she feels more and more like she has known him for years. Rand can only stand back and wait for Joy to go through her enlightenment, but a little direction may help. If he can help her remember then maybe they can reclaim the life that was brutally ripped from them, and stop Cor once and for all.
This story is a unique blend of sci-fi and contemporary romance. The sisters are from an alien planet living on a human world with human memories. The brothers, also alien, have the much harder role of trying to protect them without revealing their true identity. This can be a bit confusing if the stories are not read in sequential order, but it is an interesting plot. Ms. Moss’ creativity is evident with her distinctive characters and their otherworldly story lines.
