Bailey Spencer comes back from the out house late one night to find her family home in flames. To her horror her family was being attacked by pirates. She tries to save her family but is captured. Bailey manages to escape but ends up all turned around in the woods and before she knows it is once again captured.

Colby Leighton has nothing on his mind but revenge. He has made a promise to kill the pirate who has ruined his family name and killed his father. But life has a way of throwing things in your path you do not expect. Bailey is Colby’s distraction, and what a distraction she is. Colby has a hard time focusing on his revenge when Bailey is around.

Thrown together against both of their wishes Colby and Bailey find themselves fighting each other, and forces pushing them together. To Bailey, Colby is no better then the evil pirate who killed her family. He kept her against her will on his ship and would not take her home. Colby just wants revenge against the same pirate that killed Bailey’s family, but the more he is around Bailey the more he seems to want her. She becomes the only thing he could think about, and the only thing he wants.

Rogue is one of those stories that every girl wants to have happen to her. This story takes you to the depths of despair and the heights of pure happiness. It is a wonderful story of love, and trust. Colby and Bailey’s passion teases you in the beginning and has you on fire by the end of the book. I personally could not wait to see what was going to happen between these two next. I really liked this book and would recommend it to anyone.
