Crystal Hayes would rather be treated like one of the guys than have them swarming around her for just her looks. So, she tries to keep a low profile to deflect the attention away. She thinks her life is going ok till she makes a delivery to the track with some parts for the Grosso family; who just happen to be the name on the Nascar racing circuit.

Larry Grosso has always tried to blend into the shadow of his very popular family, because he does not have the gene for racing like the rest of the family does. He is more into science and physics which he enjoys very much. When he meets Crystal, sparks fly and he wants to find out what she is all about; only he is a Grasso and people will talk. Also, what will be said of their huge age difference?

At first, ignoring the rumors and advice from both family and the Nascar rumor mill, Larry and Crystal become friends. Something more is blossoming, but it might never see the light of day.?

I so loved this book! I have read a few of the other Harlequin Nascar books and I am a fan of all. Overheated, by Barbara Dunlop, does not disappoint in any way. Tragedies and family shape this love story. Is it too late for love for these two? Hot, steamy men from Nascar, and strong sassy women are all you need to make this a great read. If you like your romance hot and fast then fasten your belts for this one is a great ride.
