Becca Hamilton owns a new age store, is environmentally friendly, and has visions. Her visions usually come too late for her to make a difference, which hurts her terribly.

Jack Duritz is a detective trying to solve a grisly murder, which soon becomes a string of murders.

Becca and Jack met at her brother’s wedding, but Becca ran out before she and Jack could hook up. Two years later Jack receives an anonymous telephone call regarding the murder. He soon discovers it was Becca who made the call. He is certain she is a suspect. He takes her in for questioning, but realizes she is innocent.

This is a very exciting read. The villain is very creepy and he had the hairs on the back of my neck standing up. It is refreshing to see two characters that do not immediately fall into bed together. Ms. Green is bringing to life two three-dimensional characters that experience the gamut of emotions after encountering one another once more.
