Lily Madison needs money in order to finish paying for her tuition. Not sure what she is going to do, Lily searches for ways to save the money and finds herself at a clinic that specializes in collecting eggs and sperm.
Peter Aaron Parker, known as PAK to his friends, knows exactly where Lily is coming from. He too needs money for college, and so he goes and sells his sperm repeatedly. After both of them have finished with their final session, they meet quite by accident and spend time talking about whether their experience with the clinic is a good thing or a bad thing.
Nineteen years have passed since both Lily and Peter have seen each other. Now by a twist of fate, both find themselves on the same flight back to the beginning. While at the airport, they find themselves stunned at what they see: an exact likeness to Peter on the news. Shocked, Lily and Peter begin to realize that what started out as a simple way to raise money may have consequences. With each other’s help, they will delve into the past and try to find out what exactly happened to their samples, hoping it has not caused irrevocable damage but somehow knowing it has.
Mr. and Miss Anonymous is the story of how our actions, no matter what our age, may have a significant role in our later life. Ms. Michaels always has a way about her, writing in an intense and jam-packed manner that brings the adventurer out in all of us. Unfortunately, like most action stories, there are times when this story seemed overwhelming, leaving me a little dizzy at how fast it seemed to move. But as usual, with the twists and turns of another great novel, this story of past actions will keep you on your toes and enthralled until the very last page.
