MADE FOR EACH OTHER
Contemporary Romantic Comedy
Rating: 4 Cups
Librarian Lesley Farmer enjoys dainty, petite women. As Director of Library Services, he spends much of his time working, often living the lonely life. He looks for the docile woman that would love the home-filled life. Charlie McKinley is definitely not his type, yet one glance at her and his flesh is on fire.
Contractor Charlie McKinley is not one for commitment but making the acquaintance of Lesley Farmer it appears her raging hormones think otherwise. With four brothers in the contractor business, Charlie makes sure to pull her weight. She is not one on settling down and leans more to staying alone. As a building contractor, Charlie’s ideal man is one that is gorgeous, and not wearing a bow tie and tweed jacket.
Even though Lesley finds Charlie a knockout, he knows they have nothing in common, yet one look at her and his third leg speaks. When Charlie arrives at Lesley’s house, after a tree makes a landing into his bedroom, the sexual attraction between them is hotter than any blazing fire. After one date, it appears neither can get the other out of their mind. With so much ignited passion between them, they wonder if they are indeed made for the other.
Made for Each Other is a powerhouse read. It was fun watching the mismatch duo tackle their feelings for the other. I love it when two people suddenly interact instantly, and their chemistry burns the pages. Charlie and Lesley are dynamite individuals with great personalities. Ms. Ashbury details a story that captivates and wins the heart of this reader. The way she instilled the desire for commitment into the storyline made the story even more enjoyable as the reader feels a part of the couple’s relationship. This romantic story is an absolute delight.
