Serena Kitchens continues to have dreams about Sir Devin and needs answers.

Devin Knight is on holiday in London.

At the age of twelve, Serena lost her mother and never really knew her father. She was not young enough to be adopted into a family. Now as an assistant librarian, she loves to read historical novels and continues to dream of castles, and knights with all their chivalry, but as for the fair maiden falling in love, that is yet to be seen. Instead, she is more or less the lowly kitchen maid, who finds that love is missing in her present situation. The handsome man in her dreams, Sir Devin, she has yet to meet until her trip to London, where it appears her fate is about to change. Devin Knight teaches Ancient Civilizations, at the University of Georgia, and meets Serena in London. He is happy he no longer has to eat alone and invites Serena on outings. She feels as if she has known him two lifetimes. With the tempting dreams and the acquaintance of Devin, Serena may have finally connected with her knightly dreams. He believes she is the woman of his dreams, but has the two finally connected or is it all a dream?

Knightly Dreams carries the reader into a fantasy world as Serena tries to find complete happiness in her life. She and Devin are likeable characters that make the story flow smoothly. Ms. Towers writes an enjoyable tale of two characters searching for the other, even if it means going across the waters to find their soul mate. It is a delightful story that this reader enjoyed.
