Jennifer Allen is a competent surgeon who knows how to handle any emergency. So
she thinks, until the plane she is traveling on crashes. Then she has to learn to rely on
her own strength, and to lean on the only other survivor.
Guy Knight is also a doctor, however, he has left behind the big city lights for a more
personal practice in a small town that offers him what he thinks he needs; solitude. He
never dreamed that a plane crash would change his life forever.
Jennifer and Guy are the sole survivors of a horrendous plane crash. Left on their own in
the wilds of New Zealand, they have to rely on each other to make it back to civilization.
Neither thought they would want to stick together after being rescued, nor did they
imagine anything like the result of the one night of passion they did share.
I enjoyed this book very much, both because of the scenery which the author described
very well, and because of the growing relationship between the two prickly characters.
Oil and water is always a wonderful combination - for a sparkling romance, that is. I
recommend this book to anyone looking for a romantic read with a heartwarming end
that makes you glad you picked it up.
