Hiding in order to enjoy each other is something Adalina and Mitheas must do. The law states that Mala and Fala cannot have sexual relations of any kind, so Adalina, a Falan princess, finds secluded places to meet with Mitheas. Their pleasure is overwhelming and they meet as often as they can for as long as possible. One day they are caught and are required to appear before Lor D’ana. Adalina does not look forward to seeing her Uncle although she knew it would happen some day. Mitheas is furious with her treatment, as is D’ana when he learns about it. Can they get D’ana to see the positive side of marriage or is it a lost cause?

The sizzling heat of this story had me grabbing for a fan. I could not get enough of these two together. They want to share their passion and make sure that each gets the mind-blowing experience they crave. Dee Dawning has a winner with this book because it is an emotional ride that should not end. I want to learn more about this culture and long to find out what happens after the story ends.
