Angie is a witch who still hasn’t developed her full powers but comes from a powerful magic family. At a party she meets Kraid Devon, the most sexy and dangerous dragon around.
Kraid is enchanted when he meets Angie, but since she isn’t a dragon he pushes any emotional feelings for her aside. He wants her but only on his terms.
Unfortunately, both Angie and Kraid are stubborn. Combined with the fact that their friends and family are not totally thrilled about the two coming together they have a great deal to overcome. Will Angie and Kraid be able to work through witch and dragon traditions to enjoy their life together?
Flame Angel has a good background and lots of sex. A large amount of sex, to the point where sex is the main thrust of the book. I enjoyed the characters and thought Angie’s car problems were funny enough to lighten the darkness of the situation without distracting from the story’s serious plot. The customs of both witches and dragons were dealt with in an empathetic manner and allow readers to care about the characters. Angie’s ability with flames is another great part of the book and gives the couple something to bond with during the trying times. Background characters are good and some are central to the story. The sex is very well written and along with the interesting plot allows Flame Angel to be a great and recommendable erotic romance.
