Tristan has no clue how to go about helping her until he receives word from his grandmother on exactly what will get rid of the evil ghost so intent on killing Chantelle. Chantelle balks at the fact that Tristan is the one who will be staying with her and trying to protect her. Each time they get close or kiss, her past comes back to haunt her and the ghost haunting her does its best to hurt her. Overcoming two of her fears seems easy at first, but it is not. The more she is around Tristan, the more time they spend making love, the more she grows to love him and that is her final fear to overcome, but will it cost more than they are willing to pay?

Talk about a hot story! Bring out the extinguishers because you will need it when you read this book. Ms. St. John gives her readers the next installment of The Sexth Sense series and she definitely starts a fire in this one. The characters are lively as they should be for Cajuns, and when they love, they love with every fiber of their being. Ms. St. John has captured my attention with this story and now I will be looking for the others in this series. This is a story that you cannot pass up. It will set you on fire!
