Kelly does her best to dampen her feelings for Luca, but they overwhelm her. She cannot help but think about their past together. When she saves a little boy from an accident, she finds out he is Luca's son. Luca tells her the reason he could not continue on with her. But will the secret he holds from her keep him from giving her his heart again?

This is a wonderfully romantic story. I loved reading every page and I was hooked from the beginning. Ms. Taylor gives enough back story from the first book so the reader is not confused. She has researched her story very well and it is utterly believable. If you love romances with doctors and the daily running of a hospital, this is one story that you should be reading.
