Gimme Some Sugar

Alexis ‘Lexi’ Payton and her family are making big plans for her wedding day. So why is she thinking about someone other than the bridegroom?

Jackson Lyle has known Lexi since they were kids and he likes nothing better than playing the old game of ‘gimme some sugar’ with her to find out what kind of lip-gloss she is wearing. Lately he finds himself wishing for something a little more. Too bad she is marrying someone else.

Lexi is getting married, but cannot figure out if it is for the right reasons or just for her family’s sake, especially when every time she kisses Jackson she can hardly remember what her fiancé Bryan looks like. So when she gets a chance, she decides to get some sugar and much more, but that leads her to take a long hard look at which man she should be choosing before it is too late. Will she make the right decision?

4 U Sweetheart

Sport photographer Toni Ray has been set up by her ‘former’ best friends to go to speed dating because they think she needs some help finding the right guy. She is resigned to spending the night meeting losers until she finds a sweetheart with sweet surprises in his pocket.

Isaac is at the speed dating game to support his recently divorced brother, but it turns out that he hit the jackpot by finding Toni. At first, she is everything he wants in a one-night stand, but that quickly turns into something more. The first sweet little heart says it all with "Pick Me".

Toni and Isaac start out with a three minute date and slide right on into the fast lane with a fling. However, soon Toni knows she wants more but does not think that Isaac is ready to give it to her, despite the fact that he keeps giving her conversation hearts with sweet messages on them as hints. Isaac is in deep with Toni and does not even realize it until he almost loses her. Can he sweet talk her into believing that he will last longer than the candy hearts he keeps bringing her?

Dipped In Chocolate

Jayla Brooks is once bitten, twice shy when it comes to men, so she is a little hesitant when a man walks into her shop after hours, despite his surfer blonde good looks and easy charm. But she cannot resist wanting to dip him in chocolate.

Nathan Ray takes one look at the owner of Decadent Dips and wants a sample, but not of the sweets in her shop. No, he wants to taste her. But getting her to agree will take a lot of coaxing, so he appeals to her business side by getting her to agree to make a chocolate sauce made especially for putting on the body, and then the fun part, licking off.

Jayla has not really had any interest in men since her ex-husband’s gambling problems almost ruined her business three years ago. That is, until Nathan walks through her door and almost melts the chocolate off her berries. The sparks begin to fly immediately, and when he makes his outrageous proposal about the sex sauce, she cannot find the strength to resist, especially when he offers himself up to be the lickee, as it were. Soon enough, she finds herself being dipped in chocolate too, but can Nathan convince her he is nothing like her husband before she leaves, running scared?

All of the characters in these stories are friends, family, or neighbors, and by the third and title story, Dipped in Chocolate, they are all tied together nicely, giving them a wonderful connection besides the underlying theme of candy. Each hero and heroine is perfectly matched, sexy, sassy, hard, soft, and written with Ms Luke’s own brand of realism that makes her one of my favorites. While the sex is red-hot, the emotions are so intense you cannot forget that this is what romance is all about. Please pick up this book for an erotic romance that will not fail to satisfy either your sweet tooth or your spicy cravings.
