Deana loves her world with her husband Lorgrin and their daughter Melody. Things seem to be going at a steady pace and something needs to be done to shake it up. She has an idea, but is not sure how it will go over. She must think of a sneaky way to put things together. Will her husband figure it out? He did spend some time on Earth and he does have a keen memory.

Lorgin loves his wife and child as well as the rest of his family. He knows something is up when Deana decides to tell one of her stories. He is still learning how to use the powers he has and all the wonderful things that it gives him. He remembers a lot about Earth and he has no idea where she is leading, but it just might be fun.

Living on another planet is, at times, difficult for Deana. She is so used to her Earth customs that she wants to bring them over to her new world. Even though Lorgin frowns on it, Deana just cannot seem to help herself. At first she loves being here, but she misses one holiday in particular. Getting the whole family together to relax is the perfect way to bring this one about. She gives the holiday a different name just to disguise things. Yet she hopes the emotions behind it come through. If only Lorgin can keep his mouth shut, this could be one fun adventure.

The title of the book made no sense to me until Deana told her story. While this is a cute story, I just did not follow a lot of things since I have never read this series. I loved getting the little bit of insight into this world. I think Deana is sweet, but still feeling new to the world. Ms. Joy has an interesting story on her hands but I just did not think there was much to keep my attention.
