Matt knows as soon as he gets out of his truck that a Rogue Knight is nearby and just waiting to cause trouble. He knows Skye is in danger and he must protect and save her. Her temper, sharp tongue and overall refusal to obey simple rules to keep her safe, is nearly Matt's undoing. Skye wants Matt with a passion, but being raised Catholic, she is not sure Matt is the man for her. Skye realizes too late that the people she trusted and considered friends are out to harm her, will Matt be the man she knows he is and rescue her?

The first seven sentences hooked me. T. J. Killian has the best introduction that I have read in a long time and that is a rare find. The rest of this book did not disappoint but only added to my yearning to read more. The characters are complex and sometimes a bit rough with their tempers but it makes them real. The storyline is an absolute wonder to read. It details the prejudice of some religions against others and what effect it has on them. This has the markings of a great series and one that is a must read.
