Rhyden Fabhcun, along with Temuchin, her son, and Aigiarn are leading the Oriat tribe in their search for the Dragon’s lair hidden deep in the mountains. Temuchin Arightei is the Negh, foretold leader of the dragons.
The Oriat are being followed by rival tribe, the Khahl, who believe that their leader, Targutai, is the Negh. Helping the Khahl is the evil spirit, Mongoljin, who has taken over the body of Targutai’s mother.
Aedhir Fainne is making a brave attempt to rescue his son and daughter from horrific imprisonment. The Enghan are being forced to surrender to the Torachan Empire to save their prince.
The final volume of Sara Reinke’s Book of Dragons is phenomenal. The magical adventure continues from the first four books to a stunning conclusion. Reinke uses mystical legends, fierce and strange creatures, bravery, loyalty and betrayal to create a fantasy world like no other. The setting is vivid and the characters are extremely lovable or despicable, as the case may be. Fantasy is one of my favorite genres and I am pleased to highly recommend Sara Reinke’s Book of Dragons.
