Bedeviled Book 1

Dean Wellern is about to realize that things are definitely not all right in his world. Especially when he receives a court order to return the magic of the Tylwyth Teg which has him completely at a loss.

Rowan Headman is simply trying to find something that is lost. He will do anything to see that it is returned.

Dean has a roommate, Sapphira, that he knows very little about. But that is not the strange part of his day. Being invited to dinner by a complete stranger and accepting is, at least for him.

This first story will have you hooked and leave you wanting more. J. Emberglass knows how to draw the reader in and have them begging.

Bedeviled Book 2

Dean knows something weird is going on and it has nothing to do with the stray cat that keeps appearing in his kitchen.

Tomalonis is sent to collect Dean and take him to the dinner party Rowan is having. Yet he likes Dean, even though he is a mort, and will do his best to protect him.

Dean is shocked by how different the people around him are. He knows they cannot possibly be human, but if they are not, then what are they?

Drawing the reader further in is easily done in this second story. The reader is left with the feeling that something big is about to happen and I could not wait to read the third installment.

Bedeviled Book 3

Dean has been drawn to the dinner and still does not understand why he is there. He realizes that the Fae want something from him, and does not know how to handle everything he is being told.

Rowan is the master of the group of Fae and knows that he wants Dean as well. He will do all that he can to get him right where he wants him and to get his magic back.

Dean tries to leave but instead is taken to Rowan's private room for his dinner. He gets more than he bargained for in the process. Is there any possible way that he can get back to his life and pretend this evening never happened?

Again J. Emberglass shows us that she knows how to keep the reader interested and adds the spice of sex to do just that. The fourth installment should be the climax of all the Bedeviled stories and I for one cannot wait to finish.

Bedeviled Book 4

Dean wakes up to find Tomalonis waiting to take him home. When he arrives home, he is in for the shock of his life when he sees Sapphira and learns who she really is.

Sapphira only wants to be left alone by her father and to get as far away from him as possible. But she also wants Dean to come with her. Can she get him to agree or will he be left to the whim of the Fae?

When Dean learns the secret Sapphira has been keeping from him, after all he has already seen, he believes her. He knows that something bad will happen if he does not return the magic to Rowan, but how can he possibly escape?

This is a great ending to the series. However, it does leave room for more stories of Dean and his new found friends. I can only hope that we will see more of them in the future.

J. Emberglass has done an excellent job with this series. It is full of intrigue, causing the reader to ask questions as to who Rowan really is and what the magic is as well. I have to say the third book was my favorite. I was definitely hooked from the first book and I hung on till the very end. If you are looking for a short, quickly read series, then this is the one for you.
