He will do anything to protect her from him and vows he will kill Phillip before he loses Alyssa to him.

Alyssa knows that Marc, the best friend of her brother-in-law, wants her for his mate. But she has always had the feeling that it just is not right. After her trouble with Phillip, she begins seeing Marc, but keeps having daydreams and dreams of Jace. When Phillip kidnaps her, Jace and her friends come to her rescue. Jace just hopes he gets there before she is harmed.

This is truly one of the few werewolf stories I have read that keeps me interested. Page by page I had no clue who Alyssa would choose or what would happen. The struggle she goes through after being raped proves that women are a lot stronger than most men give them credit for being. You can feel the anger and frustration that Alyssa feels every time Phillip is near her. I felt the need for revenge myself just knowing what had been done. There is nothing like a good read to bring forth emotions simply from words. An excellent story and one that is truly spellbinding.
