Her grandmother Isowyn has someone for her to meet and Esmerelda hopes for the best. She is confused when Boral and Orlyn show up together. She can barely handle one elf, what will she do with two?

I am new to this style of writing and found myself completely overwhelmed and yet fascinated by it. Ms. Grace keeps things descriptive enough for the reader to understand what is going on without going over the top. The emotions and feelings shared by all three characters are overpowering satisfying. This is not just another roll in the hay. I am eager to read the first book in the series and to see what happens in the next story.
