Eternally Yours by Jude Mason is about a relationship between two men who are time travelers. L.A. Bruja by Kathleen Bradean is the story of a witch and a woman who comes to her for a favor. Het Cats by Jean Roberta is about two friends of the opposite sex who are gay and lesbian but have a fling with each other. In Love Charms by Amber Hipple, a man discusses his love for a married woman.
The Art of the Ice Cream Lick by Elena Officer is told from a woman’s point of view and is about her experiences with men. The Sisters under the Mountain by A.A. Penniman is the story of two sisters who are dwarves and the human man they find and have relations with. In The Treasures of My Flesh and Stone by N.K. Jemisin, a man who is deathly ill goes to a mystical being in the hopes of being healed. In Little Bird by Danae Klimt, a man who is paid for sex talks about one of his clients.
The Legend of Cherokee Rose by Sedona Leigh is set in the past and is about two people who find love through the intervention of a benevolent spirit. Wanna Be Your Whore by Anne Marie Pernier is about a woman who uses titillating words and masturbation to excite her lover. In Between by Sydney Beier is the story of a younger woman who cares for an older man.
In The Wedding by James Robert Sands, a man on his way to his best friend’s wedding finds himself attracted to the bride to be. Inanimately Purple by Simon Owens is about a vibrator. Ducal Service by Elspeth Potter is the story of a young man who works in a nobleman’s stables and is summoned to service the Duchesse.
The characters throughout all of the stories are all well described and interesting. There are many and varied types of relationships described, but they are all intriguing and appropriate to the format of this book. The sex scenes are very sensual and erotic. For the most part, they were so hot and steamy, they left me breathless. The way the stories are arranged left me wondering what would happen next, so my attention stayed riveted to the pages until I had finished reading all of the stories in the book.
Eternally Erotic is a terrific anthology of short stories that I enjoyed reading very much. The talent of all of the authors is very evident and enthralling. Eternally Erotic is most definitely a keeper!
